Q1: Can you install facade lighting without scaffolding?
Yes, rope access allows us to install lighting on any elevation at any height without scaffolding. This is significantly faster and more cost-effective for occupied buildings and post-construction lighting upgrades.
Q2: Do you supply the lighting fixtures as well as install them?
We can work with fixtures you have specified and procured, or we can supply fixtures from our preferred suppliers. For most projects, we recommend the client or their lighting designer specifies the fixtures and we install, ensuring design intent is maintained.
Q3: Do you handle the electrical connection?
We handle all mechanical installation, cable routing, and fixture mounting. Electrical connection to the mains supply is done by your DEWA-registered electrician. We coordinate closely with your electrician during commissioning.
Q4: Can you replace or repair existing facade lighting?
Yes. We carry out lamp and driver replacement, fixture replacement, cable fault tracing, and full system upgrades on existing facade lighting installations, all via rope access.
