3. Safety & Regulatory Compliance
3.1 All services strictly adhere to IRATA International guidelines and UAE regulations including local codes and EHSMS standards.
3.2 Work may be suspended if site conditions violate safety standards without penalty to the Service Provider.
4. Service Provision
4.1 Scope of work is defined in written quotations only
4.2 Client must disclose all known structural/facade hazards
4.3 Weather-dependent operations follow UAE Ministry of Labour guidelines
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
5.1 Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date
5.2 Additional work requested onsite will be billed at daily rates
5.3 Advance payment required for project commencement
5.4 Final payment due within 14 days of invoice date
5.5 Late payments incur monthly interest as per UAE law
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
6.1 Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled start incur 50% charge
6.2 Weather-related rescheduling incurs no penalty
7. Liability & Insurance
7.1 Comprehensive insurance coverage maintained as per UAE requirements
7.2 Liability limited to contract value for property damage
7.3 Client responsible for pre-existing facade defects
8. Confidentiality
8.1 All site information and reports treated as confidential
8.2 Technical data may be used anonymously for industry reporting
